Heisenberg has operated in Arizona, Iowa, Missouri, and South Dakota. He infiltrated the 2020 Warren campaign and the 2018 campaigns of Claire McCaskill, Heidi Heitkamp, and Kyrsten Sinema. Sources say that he is a prolific vaper, and suspect that his vape pen contains a hidden camera.
